Home Splash Park

Today the girls got an early birthday present from the Scudders. It is a small baby pool/splash mat. You have to hook it up to a hose and the water sprays up through some of the holes in the mat. They gave it to us early so they could get some use out of it before the end of the summer. Since the kids were here helping this afternoon, we tried it out. Anna was fussy today and didn't really like the water. Elizabeth and Kate loved it even though they were shivering after sitting in the water a while.

Anna kept crawling away (she realized the hose water was cold!), so we changed her and Jack pushed her around in the car. It is sad that she is almost one and has never been in this car. I was pushing Jack around in this car probably around 8 months. But, I only have two arms and two cars and three babies...so they have not had a chance to ride them yet.

Once the girls ate lunch, the kids played with them. Michael had Kate in this basket for a while. Kate loved it, she kept standing up and sitting down and dancing!
